New Tenants for Quaint Main Line Center

David Goodman and Ken McEvoy of Equity Retail Brokers were pleased to represent the Landlord in leasing a total of approximately 3,798 SF of inline space at the Eagle Village Shops located at 503 West Lancaster Avenue in Wayne, Delaware County, PA.  They are as follows:

·         Kate Lawson’s Menagerie leased approximately 1,073 SF of space for a new store, opening in the Fall of 2011.  From timeless to trendy and fine to faux, Menagerie has the perfect individualistic accessory for everyone.

·         Pure Barre leased approximately 1,264 SF of space for a new location, opening in the Fall of 2011.  Pure Barre was represented by Joel Peskin of Peskin Realty.  Pure Barre fuses elements of ballet, Pilates and weights to burn fat, tone arms, thin thighs and flatten abs.

Equity Retail Brokers Disposition Team at Work

Bart Delfiner and Rob Samtmann of Equity Retail Brokers were pleased to represent Wells Fargo in a recent sale transaction at 943 Union Boulevard in Allentown, Lehigh County, PA. 

Wells Fargo retained the services of Equity Retail Brokers to dispose of several of their retail branches.  The sale of the Union Boulevard branch marks the 9th property disposed for the bank by Equity’s team.

New Addition to Team Equity

Equity Retail Brokers is pleased to announce that leasing agent Eric Kuhn has joined our team. Eric
will focus primarily on property disposition sales and tenant representation.

At Equity Retail, Eric will utilize his extensive background in commercial retail development, acquisitions, landlord representation and easing. He has successfully negotiated the leasing of space for such notable tenants as Giant Supermarkets, CVS, Hair Cuttery,Abington Bank, Saxby’s Coffee, Sleepy’s, Children of America, Subway, Verizon Wireless, Play N Trade and SMG Sportsplex.

Leading the redevelopment and leasing of the Lansdale Pavilion Shopping Center has been one of Eric’s notable achievements. The project received the Montgomery County Redevelopment Award by the Commissioners of Montgomery County, PA. Eric successfully leased over 74,000 SF to bring a 60% vacant center to 100% occupancy in just over three (3) years.

Eric has extensive experience in the marketing, acquisition, financing, defeasance and sale of commercial retail properties throughout the region, inclusive of shopping centers, pad sites and mixed use developments. He has cultivated and maintained valuable working relationships with the area’s leading engineering, legal and municipal professionals.

He has been a licensed, practicing real estate agent in Pennsylvania since 2006.
