Equity Retail Brokers Attends the Philadelphia International Council of Shopping Centers Idea Exchange

Equity Retail Brokers was proud to be a part of the Philadelphia International Council of Shopping Centers Idea Exchange

The Philly ICSC was held on October 12-13, 2011 at the Philadelphia Convention Center in Center City.

Equity Retail Brokers and the Retail Brokers Network hosted a cocktail party at Maggiano’s Little Italy in Philadelphia on Wednesday night.  The party was well attended, showcasing our strong relationships in the shopping center brokerage business.  We also supported our network affiliates by sponsoring a booth on the dealmaking floor at the show.  The activity was compelling, as brokers, retail tenants, and developers forge ahead in a challenging real estate market.

We all look forward to another strong year with our clients as the Equity Retail Brokers’ agents continue the disciplined approach of leasing shopping centers in the Philly MSA.
