A Taste of “Manhattan”

Greg Jones of Equity Retail Brokers was pleased to represent the Landlord in leasing an  approximately 1,550 SF free-standing building at Wissahickon Plaza, located at 2700 Easton Road in Willow Grove, Montgomery County, PA.  Manhattan Bagel signed a ten (10) year lease at the former Saxby’s Coffee site.  They plan to open their new store in early 2012.

Manhattan Bagel brings a famous baking heritage to their customers' desire for varied flavor sensations, creating a uniquely appealing place.  They feature traditional and contemporary selections for breakfast, lunch and all day dining.  Manhattan Bagel is about authentic food for real people, served in a way that suggests each customer is a treasured neighbor.  They have over 65 restaurants located primarily along the East Coast.
