At Equity Retail, Eric will utilize his extensive background in commercial retail development, acquisitions, landlord representation and easing. He has successfully negotiated the leasing of space for such notable tenants as Giant Supermarkets, CVS, Hair Cuttery,Abington Bank, Saxby’s Coffee, Sleepy’s, Children of America, Subway, Verizon Wireless, Play N Trade and SMG Sportsplex.
Leading the redevelopment and leasing of the Lansdale Pavilion Shopping Center has been one of Eric’s notable achievements. The project received the Montgomery County Redevelopment Award by the Commissioners of Montgomery County, PA. Eric successfully leased over 74,000 SF to bring a 60% vacant center to 100% occupancy in just over three (3) years.
Eric has extensive experience in the marketing, acquisition, financing, defeasance and sale of commercial retail properties throughout the region, inclusive of shopping centers, pad sites and mixed use developments. He has cultivated and maintained valuable working relationships with the area’s leading engineering, legal and municipal professionals.
He has been a licensed, practicing real estate agent in Pennsylvania since 2006.
