The center’s Landlord was represented by Metro Commercial Real Estate. Jake’s is planning to open their new location the first week of July, 2011.

Wayback Burgers began in 1991 as Jake's Hamburgers with a single restaurant in Newark, DE. Fast forward 20 years: Jake’s Hamburgers changed their name to Jake’s Wayback Burgers and now has several locations along the East Coast. Every month, Wayback Burgers features a brand new "Burger of the Month" and a "Shake of the Month." Wayback Burgers even has a brand new restaurant design to go along with their new name.
