Rob Samtmann and David Goodman of Equity Retail Brokers were pleased to represent the Landlord, Kimco Realty Corporation, in leasing a total of approximately 7,044 SF of inline space at the Springfield Shopping Center, located at Route 1 and Sproul Road in Springfield, Delaware County, PA.  They are as follows:

·         LA Weight Loss leased approximately 2,400 SF of space for a new center, which will open in the Fall of 2011.  They were represented by Jim Creed of Fameco Real Estate.  LA Weight Loss features the Rapid Results Diet System, a cutting-edge approach designed to help people lose weight faster than ever.  Over the last 18 years, the company has helped millions of people lose weight.

·        Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop leased approximately 1,600 SF of space for a new shop, which will open in the Fall of 2011.  They were represented by Dave Vitali of Fameco Real Estate.  Founded in Wilmington, Delaware in 1976, Capriotti’s presently has 68 shops  in 11 states where they share their passion “one sandwich at a time.”

·        Bogart’s leased approximately 3,044 SF of space for a new restaurant, now open.  If you are looking for a neighborhood grille to enjoy a great meal at a reasonable price, you have certainly found the place!  Try one of Bogart’s signature hand-carved roast beef or turkey sandwiches or any one of their other great menu offerings.  Plus, the entire menu is available for take-out.  Bogart’s is also a great place to watch all your local sporting events, with 12 televisions that include six (6) 60-inch flat screens with surround sound.
