New Additions to ShopRite Center

Rose Urban of Equity Retail Brokers was pleased to represent the Landlord, Scarborough Properties of Gibbsboro, NJ, in two (2) lease transactions at the Marmora ShopRite Center, 9 Roosevelt Avenue, Marmora, Cape May County, NJ.  A total of approximately 3,034 SF of inline and endcap space was leased.  They are as follows:

• We R Wireless, d/b/a Verizon Wireless, leased approximately 1,562 SF of endcap space.  Verizon Wireless opened their store this summer.

• Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation leased approximately 1,472 SF of inline space.  Bacharach opened their facility in September, 2011.

Both tenants signed long-term leases and are great additions to the successful Marmora ShopRite Center.
